Eleven-year-old Anastasija is a preterm born child. During the delivery, the child acquired a B group streptococcus infection, as a result of which Anastasija developed meningoencephalitis. After surviving streptococcal meningoencephalitis, Anastasija has severe consequences – cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, symptomatic epilepsy, partial motor seizures, PMAA.
