Brothers need financial help to continue their rehabilitation.

We have already told about brothers who have been diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorders – the eldest son Raivo (16) has a moderate intellectual disability, meanwhile the youngest son Rihards (10) has a severe intellectual disability. Although parents are striving to do as much as they can to ensure daily survival and required rehabilitation for both boys, the amount of money required is high.

The parents of Raivo and Rihards are telling:

We deeply appreciate that we are given an opportunity and the boys can attend the sessions that are so important for them.
Raivo is progressing fast – he has learned many new words and is creating sentences. He is able to tell what he has been doing at school, what he has been doing at the session. And he puts absolute trust in his therapist, who is his best friend.
Rihards has learned to count till ten in two languages and gradually learns to repeat words – some of them are easier to comprehend, others still need to be worked on. They are also working on learning self-care skills and dressing. 

Approximately EUR 6,000 / USD 6400 are required per year to enable Raivo and Rihards to complete the ABA course aimed at stabilisation of their health condition.

One therapy session costs EUR 30 – 35 / USD 35. One boy requires eight visits with the therapist per month.
