Needed to fulfill this promise:
The organization has young people with very different life experiences and problems
The organization has young people with a wide variety of life experiences and problems (health and behavioral disorders, mild
and severe mental disorders, physical and psychological abuse, sexual violence, those who have come into the sight of the police,
drug and alcohol addicts, young people from foster families, needy and low-income families, families where a sibling with functional impairments grows up.).
Given the protracted period of isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has further limited opportunities for young people, created anxiety and ignorance, we want to activate measures for both mutual and social integration.
In order to support young people, it is important to organise and meaningfully fill young people’s free time, motivate and provide support in difficulties to help young people integrate into the new environment, acquire new skills, knowledge and increase their self-esteem
and to find peace and a sense of security.
The results of the activities of the organization “Palīdzēsim.lv” show that the implementation of inclusive education activities for young people has increased interest and initiative to engage in classes, improved performance, as well as found the most suitable profession. Young people are motivated to acquire education and trade, are introduced to the use of various subjects in life, as well as learners with functional disorders and/or mental development disorders are integrated into society by participating in activities together with other young people. Mutual integration also promotes compassion, tolerance and a sense of public duty.
